Job Description

What you'll be doing?

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, vendors and partners 
  • Handling sales orders
  • Managing delivery arrangements with channel partners, especially ship-by dates
  • Proposing and executing all operational activities and provide support to ensure that all jobs are fulfilled seamlessly 
  • Helping us serve customers better and faster 
  • Exposed to the full-on experience of working in a tech start-up
  • Learning crucial skills like communication, time management, and multitasking
  • Having a better understanding of how the e-commerce industry works
  • Online and Offline Customer Engagement. (Replying customer enquiries via email and on social media platforms)
