The Program

• 1 Week Qualification Program
• 1 Month / 3 Months / 6 Months / 12 Months Apprenticeship Program
• Start May / July / Sept 2023

Requirements:

• Individual with quality & relevant work experience
• Final year graduating students who are pursing roles in central banks, stock exchange, consulting services, financial information or to-be management trainees in key financial industry (Exclude basic banking & insurance services).
• Part-time graduate / post-graduate students
• Mid-career switch from research, consulting, financial information, financial industry
• Strong English competency is a must
• Highly motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Individual who can get things done in 1 day instead of 100 days
• Individual who can do things differently from almost all your peers
• Based in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Switzerland

There is no salary for the Apprenticeship Program. For paid freelance & part-time opportunities, please apply separately.

DO NOT APPLY - if you are mainly looking to add work experience to your CV. It will not be a useful spend of your time as the work is grueling, knowledge intensive, and you will receive minimal supervision. This program is designed for individuals who are already motivated to build a strong career & knowledge in the respective field in the financial industry outlined above. 

DO NOT APPLY - if you are looking to analyze financial statements, simulate financial modelling, and provide forecasts on investments, stocks, etc. Instead, please apply direct to investment firms, private equity, venture capital firms, deal advisory functions.

FAQ - The requirements & standards are high. Should I not apply to an investment bank or private equity firm. Or if I am super-smart, I can join the central bank as be a future central banker.

A different perspective - if you join investment bank or private equity firm, you will learn less about Hedge Funds, Private Banking, Private Wealth, Family Offices, Asset Management. If you join central bank, do you have the comprehensive knowledge to learn & execute on the job, or would you take a chance of a less-ideal policy decision, because you simply relied on "reliable" 3rd party recommendations or you have seen the industry from a different perspective.
