Capital Distributors (S) Pte Ltd – Logistics Assistant

• Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals of spare parts.
• Monitor and report when stock is low.
• Receives and unpacks materials and spare parts.
• Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
• Issuing and receiving spare parts and accessories to and from technicians and contractors through SAP
• Issuing spare parts and accessories to Customer Service through SAP
• Checking and storing spare parts and accessories to correct locations
• Perform cyclic counts and routine stock checks
• Assisting with input onto the inventory SAP computer and occasionally placing purchase orders on the instruction of the Manager or in his/her absence.
• Maintaining the outside area of the inventory in a safe clean and tidy condition
• Liaising with DHL on shipment of parts.
• Packing of defective parts/products to return to factories
• Assist technical team when needs arises
• Raising and monitoring goods exchange

Job Requirements : 

• Preferred candidate with SAP knowledge
• Works under moderate supervision.
• Able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
