Corporate Development Intern (PA to Founders)
We are opening an Intern position, reporting directly to the founders of the company.
Applicants should expect a fast-paced environment and look forward to the opportunity to interact with C-Suite professionals, from entrepreneurs and institutional investors to regulators and other finance related parties.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting and presenting researches/studies on countries, sectors, companies and other investment topics
- Constructing and maintaining financial model for the company
- Keeping track of the performance, strategies, and portfolios for companies
- Preparing companies for fundraising
- Facilitating institutional investors and co-investors throughout the fund-raising process
- Experience actual deal making
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Banking or Business required
- Able to speak fluent mandarin
- Possess excellent presentation skills, expert problem-solving skills and keen attention to details
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a team player mentality
- Passionate about entrepreneurship, fundraising, direct investments
