We are opening up an internship position in our Business Development department. Applicants should have an interest into disruptive FinTech specifically in Private Capital Funding and have the aptitude to work in a fast paced and highly challenging environment. The role will have the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs and institutional investors that are on the CapBridge platform.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with deal sourcing and all stages of due diligence including market & industry analysis, intellectual property analysis, conduct primary/secondary research
- Review business plans of companies looking to fundraise on the CapBridge platform
- Extraction and consolidation of company information including maintaining updated operational, IP & financial reports for platform companies
- Financial reporting and presentations
- Additional corporate finance tasks
- Administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, accounting or business required
- Possess good presentation skills, adept at problem solving and attention to details
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a team player mentality
- Passionate about entrepreneurship, fund raising, direct investments
