Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and resourceful Executive Assistant Intern to support the founders and management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and getting things done efficiently. You will gain hands-on exposure to business operations, hospitality management, administrative coordination, and real-world project support in a fast-moving startup environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the founders and management team

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments

  • Help prepare documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use

  • Support project management tasks and follow up with partners, vendors, and team members

  • Conduct research and compile information for decision-making

  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, site visits, or property-related tasks

  • Handle email drafting, data entry, and filing for smooth workflow

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks across operations, marketing, and business development when needed

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

  • Interest in hospitality, real estate, operations, or startups is a plus
