Camp High Achievers is an education company specializing in the design, development and delivery of outdoor adventure programmes. We have been in conducting outdoor training programmes for the last 15 years. 

We are now pivoting on the cycling as a new outdoor activity. We have selected the Brompton bicycle as the platform for developing interesting, curated cycling rides. We are a travel agency that conducts Brompton cycling tours around the world.

With an increase in overseas tours we are looking for an admin specialist who can help with the planning and support of tour bookings and arrangements. 

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tour Administrator to manage the end-to-end administration of tour bookings and travel arrangements. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between clients, overseas partners, hotels, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of tour bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations

  • Liaise with clients to provide clear information on itineraries, schedules, and travel requirements

  • Coordinate with overseas partners, ground operators, hotels, transport providers, and logistics vendors

  • Prepare and manage tour documentation, including itineraries, vouchers, and booking records

  • Monitor deadlines, payment schedules, and operational checklists to ensure smooth tour execution

  • Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally before and during tours

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and sales teams as required

  • Design tour brochures and supporting material 

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Prior experience in tour operations, travel administration, or a similar role is preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking or CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
