About the Program
This internship is designed to give you a genuine introduction to the world of accounting — not just theory, but the real, day-to-day work that keeps a business running. You'll start with the fundamentals and build your way up, working alongside our finance team on live tasks, real numbers, and real decisions.

Description: Entry-level role focused on accuracy and consistency in basic administrative and data-entry tasks. The Admin Accountant is the foundation of the accounting function — building the habits of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail that later roles depend on. Minimal independent judgment is expected; work is closely guided and checked.

Job Scope: 

1. Perform data entry into accounting software (sales, purchases, expenses)
2. File and organise invoices, receipts, and supporting documents (physical and digital)
3. Assist with basic administrative tasks (scanning, photocopying, document retrieval)
4. Maintain orderly, retrievable filing systems for audit and reference purposes
5. Escalate discrepancies or missing documents to seniors

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (coursework experience is fine)
• Comfortable working with Excel/spreadsheets; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to start with foundational tasks and grow from there
