Job Description
Part-Time Purchaser/Buyer
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase items through online and physical stores
- Compare prices and obtain quotations
- Place orders and monitor delivery status
- Check received items against orders
- Maintain simple purchasing records and receipts
- Assist with general administrative duties
Requirements
- Comfortable with online shopping platforms and basic computer usage
- Good at using taobao, pdd, shopee and others
- Able to compare prices and communicate with suppliers
- Careful, responsible and organised
- Previous purchasing or administrative experience is helpful
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
