CAL – CAL Host (Customer Service)

CAL feature a concept and lifestyle space that attracts people to convene and exchange beauty tips and enjoy the most personalized beauty customer experience that is above and beyond any beauty salon offering. 

Our retail team is a human touchpoint for our customers. We spend everyday talking to our customers, helping them make decisions, and inspiring them to tell their own stories through beauty.

• Provide front-line customer service
• Handling queries via phone or walk-in customers
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and hosting them professionally
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with Covid procedures, rules, and regulations
• Managing store supplies
• Performing ad-hoc administration duties
• Assisting the therapists whenever required

Job Requirements:

• Posses a strong interest in beauty
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a strong command of English. Proficiency in a second language a bonus
• Outgoing personality is preferred
• Able to work in a team
