Job Description
- Provide front-line customer service
- Handling queries via phone or walk-in customers
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and hosting them professionally
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with Covid procedures, rules, and regulations
- Managing store supplies
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Assisting the therapists whenever required
Job Requirements:
- Posses a strong interest in beauty
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a strong command of English. Proficiency in a second language a bonus
- Outgoing personality is preferred
- Able to work in a team
