Required Skills:
1. Strong communication skills, excellent English writing skills.
2. Good sense and judgement on product with capability in categorizing and prioritizing user feedbacks;
3. Independent, requiring minimum supervision, detail-oriented and collaborative;
4. Passionate about people, services and culture;
Preferred Skills:
1. Proficiency in other languages is a plus;
2. Familiar in broadcasting and short-formed video products.
