BYD by 1826 Pte Ltd – Operations Intern (Automotive)

As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Operations and Logistics team to ensure smooth vehicle coordination, accurate documentation, and timely reporting. This role provides valuable exposure to both the automotive and hospitality industries. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily coordination of vehicle deliveries and movements between outlets

• Assist in updating vehicle delivery statuses and tracking readiness

• Help conduct basic condition checks and document findings

• Verify the completeness of vehicle-related documents and assist with filing

• Liaise with internal teams (sales, admin, outlets) to support workflow continuity

• Maintain accurate operational logs and support report generation

• Perform data entry, simple analysis, and ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and a team player

• Interest in operations, logistics, or the automotive sector

• Able to commit at least 3 months (longer preferred)
