We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People team in daily operations and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions. 

Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks and projects to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and engagement activities. This internship is ideal for individuals keen to pursue a career in Human Resources, especially within a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and posting job ads

  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits

  • Help maintain and update employee records and databases

  • Track and compile attendance and leave records

  • Assist with work pass documentation and applications

  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events

  • Ensure HR filing and documentation are well-organized and compliant

  • Support the HR team on day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field

  • Strong interest in HR functions and eagerness to learn

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Able to commit at least 3 months
