BV-AQ(Singapore) Pte Ltd – Lab Intern – Micro and Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Assist lab technician on microbiology or chemistry testing
• Assist to ensure that all incoming samples are tested and completed on time using the appropriate sampling procedures, test methods and other good laboratory practices along with the proper reporting and maintenance of records.
• Assist on operate, maintain and trouble-shoot laboratory equipment.
• Assist to ensure all quality control procedures are in place along with identifying and reporting any quality issues.
• Assist technician to report all customer complaints/concerns to the team leader or the laboratory manager followed by the appropriate course of action as instructed.
• Assist to ensure that all laboratory corrective actions are carried out and completed in time with root causes identified and to follow the appropriate preventative measure implemented by the supervisor or team leader. 
• Assist on any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelors Degree in Applied Chemistry, Food Science Technology, Biological Sciences or equivalent. Fresh graduate and entry level is welcome to apply.
• Wiling to learn attitude
• Good team player and possess team work spirit
• Start intern immediately and able to commit for at least 4 months and above.
