Ancourage is a dynamic educational initiative dedicated to empowering students through personalised tutoring and support. 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Care/Marketing Intern to join our Ancourage's team. This unique role combines responsibilities in student care and marketing, providing a valuable and unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Care

• Assist in supervising and ensuring the safety and well-being of children during their time at our centre.
• Support children with their homework and school projects, particularly in English, Mathematics and Science at the primary level.
• Help develop and implement engaging activities that promote student's learning and development holistically.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning for students.

Marketing

• Assist in creating and managing content creation for our centre's social media platforms (such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook).
• Help develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our centre's programs and services.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Communications, or any related fields.
• Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in childhood education.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut will be a plus.
