1. Manage and Maintain Up To Date and Accurate Records of Student Registrations, Payments, Confirmations, Cancellations, Refunds
2. Manage Operations for All Courses
3. Promote and Sell our classes to students and customers
4. Ensure the smooth running of the studio
5. Work with Instructors to Ensure Classes, Ingredients and relevant materials are Prepared and Ready For Classes
6. Baking duties for class preparations and ad-hoc orders
7. Liaise with Corporations, Schools and Private Students to Promote and Arrange Specially Designed Private Classes or Workshops, Onsite and Offsite.
8. Customer Service and Queries Handling
10. Manage stock inventory for classes and retail e-commerce
11. Any other miscellaneous work
