Apart from our daily housekeeping services, we aim to give clients the comforts of living the hotel experience. All clients have access to our concierge service, which they can use for needs such as booking of flights, booking transport, and even for home maintenance needs such as servicing for air conditioning, handyman services, etc.
As we are expanding rapidly, we are looking for someone who is highly motivated and interested to be part of a fast paced and young start-up team. This would be an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience and have a direct impact on people.
Scope
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Requirements:
- Trustworthy and Responsible
- Dip in HR/Hospitality is a plus
- Self-driven and motivated
- Team player
- Enjoys interaction with people
- Able to communicate well in English. (Mandarin and Malay would be a bonus)
