Provision of administrative and back office support for the business operations, inclusive but not limited to the following:

1. Management of department emails including archiving and forwarding to respective person-in-charge for action
2. Manage issuance process for classification and statutory certificates, including sending reminders to clients for collection and outstanding payments
3. Provide customer support to client with regards to their orders & enquiries 
4. Maintain database and listings 
5. Preparation of documents and/or certificates for client collection
6. Handle administrative duties
