Bureau Veritas Singapore – Business Manager

• Manage day to day operations of the commodities International Coordination Office
• Grow businesses in line with Group objectives and meet P&L targets as against sales, operating profit and OCF
• Overall responsibility for the sales and business development for International Coordination Office
• Improve staff teamwork, efficiency, performance and service delivery
• Ensure work carried out by the attending offices / agents is in line with nomination instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Work closely with Global Service Line and other coordination centers, provide quotations and coordinate job execution
• Be responsible for submission of tender documents, rates and quotations

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role in commodities inspection and testing field
• Growth mindset with a can-do attitude
• Self-driven with resilience to achieve sales targets
• Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
• Knowledge of S.E. Asia and global commodities trade and distribution
• Experience in management and development of the teams
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
