Incorporated in 2014, Buildwerkz Builders Pte Ltd is a local Company that provides various building services e.g. construction, renovation, demolition, A&A projects, M&E services, painting works and maintenance works etc.
Due to growth, we are seeking for a Sales/Operations Executive. The Sales Executive is responsible for calling on, servicing and managing of new and existing clientele. This person will build relationships and communicate with key contacts in order to secure commercial or residential business in all the services that Buildwerkz Builders has to offer. This person will also provide feedback and insight to our other departments to enhance our teams ability to run this division profitably. Other duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide clients with sales quotations, negotiates pricing, applicable submittals and secures terms of sale.
- Follow up with clients and take appropriate action to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our services provided.
- Seek out prospective clients and business opportunities by phone, mail, email, and/or in-person communication.
- Coordinating and liasing with subcontractors on project matters.
- Responsible for being thoroughly knowledgeable about vendor products, pricing and availability and monitoring market trends and practices.
- Possess class 3 licence and relevant sales background would be an advantage, however on the job training would be provided if the candidate does not possess any experience as long as he/she is keen to learn.
