Job Description
  • Accountable for continuous measurement and tracking of CEJ performance on various data sources (e.g. CEJ dashboard KPIs, consumer listening,etc.) across all purchase reasons.
    • Accountable for contious measurement, tracking and analyzing of activity performance on CEJ tracking tool ( Thunderhad).
    • Review end-to-end consumer data along the journey with country stakeholders, interpret the data to ensure data-driven decision making/prioritization of activities is made across the organization and to push consumer-centricity into local business steering
    • Accountable for creating, enhancing and maintaining the ‘’country view’’ in the upcoming REM CEJ KPI dashboard
  • Accountable for Consumer Centricity KPIs, target setting and tracking along the CEJ & identify improvement opportunities
  • Support the development of country CEJ strategy based on data to realize country business & consumer-centricity targets
  • Work closely with DTMs to get the view of Digital & HC KPIs
  • Accountable for consumer listening and insights management.
  • Consolidate insights from NPS & Reviews and SoMe. Drive ‘’huddle meetings’’ to share consolidated insights and support teams in defining the functional and structural improvement opportunities for each touchpoints in CEJ. Initiate, analyze & act on consumer feedback from NPS, Reviews & Social Media, CLTV, enable local improvement activities based on insights to improve the local CEJ performance
  • Make sure to use & update ‘’Enriched Journey CEJ Tool’’ (a.k.a. MilkyMap) as part of insight management. Consolidate consumer needs, M/B moments, touchpoint relevancy for consistent prioritization and measurement of activities
  • Act as an Country PMO for kicking off CAB project’s 2 workstreams (Consumer Listening and Consumer Lifetime Value (CLTV) as part of country CEJ transformation
  • Enable and support data-driven prioritization of CEJ activities. Support CEJ Owners with identification of KPIs to track success of CEJ activities; foster best practice sharing. Track success of local CEJ activities during testing and after implementation and their impact on consumer-centricity & digital KPIs
