Job Description

To Assist Consumer Marketing team (Marketing) (70%)

  • ASEAN Consumer Marketing team in all marketing projects 
  • Offline and online campaigns - to be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns in ASEAN countries to drive brand awareness and web traffic.
  • Development and execution of meaningful and contextual consumable premium content assets tools for owned, paid media and social media networks to improve web user optimization, usability, content and leads generation.
    • To liaise with social media agency on monthly, including proof reading and approving of copy and proposed content.
    • To liaise with social media agency on social media posts requested by the Experience Centre team for hands-on classes.
    • To respond to private messages/direct messages/comments on Bosch Home Appliances SG FB and IG
    • To liaise with the Digital Transition team on eDM creation for tactical campaigns and roadshows.
    • To liaise with design agencies on artwork creation for small scale tactical promotions.
    • To be the point of contact for ad hoc requests from retailers – such as requesting of images, product information etc.
    • To liaise with Digital Hub team on website updates, creation of product landing pages and tactical campaign landing pages.

  • Media
    • To liaise with local media for product testing especially on courier of appliances to local media offices
    • To liaise with local media/PR agency to provide information, spec sheets and photos on appliances as and when needed.
    • To support media launches (where applicable)


Consumer Experience Journey (CEJ) + Digital Transition (30%)

  • VICO support
  • Review CEJ dashboard country view of data with DTM for activity prioritization & success tracking. Make sure that Digital & HC KPIs set by DTM are included and tracked properly on CEJ KPI Dashboard ((actual vs. target view)
  • Review consolidated consumer needs, M/B moments, touchpoint relevancy for consistent prioritization of activities. Review Consumer Centricity KPIs (e.g., NPS, Reviews, Ratings, CLTV etc.)
  • Track & review & report results of CEJ activity backlog by purchase reason.
  • Review CEJ dashboard country view for activity prioritization & success tracking with CS Team. Review consolidated consumer needs, M/B moments, touchpoint relevancy for consistent prioritization of activities. Review of Consumer Centricity KPIs (e.g. NPS, Reviews, Ratings, CLTV etc.)



With Product Touchpoint owner;

  • Review CEJ dashboard country view for activity prioritization & success tracking. Review consolidated consumer needs, M/B moments, touchpoint relevancy for consistent prioritization of activities. Review of Consumer Centricity KPIs (e.g. NPS, Reviews, Ratings, CLTV etc.)
  • Country-View Dashboard, provide insights to D2C team based on consolidated data.
  • Make sure Product Category TP owner reads feedback; owns frontline routines (Evaluation of detractor topics, Huddles, Callbacks for Usage); enables touchpoint improvements within TP budget & capabilities based on consumer feedback
  • CEJ Performance Measurement and steering, identification of relevant insights. Ensure data-driven decision making & prioritization. Review CEJ dashboard country view (region & country) for activity prioritization & success tracking. Review of consolidated consumer needs, M/B moments, touchpoint relevancy for consistent prioritization of activities. Review of Consumer Centricity KPIs (e.g., NPS, Reviews, Ratings etc.)
  • Provide data & insight for creation of hypotheses/ experiments, prioritize & development, and testing.
  • Follow up of KPI performance on activities
  • Deploy CEJ strategy in the country, define strategic initiatives based on strategic themes at CEJ Strategy house with CEJ lead.
  • Share results of tested and deployed CEJ activities to ensure regional targets and share & reapply.
  • Communicate with regional CEJ unit to ensure share & reapply.

 

  • Administration
    • Handling requests from ASEAN countries
    • Arranging catering for in-house meeting/events/trainings.


  1. Pursuing a local degree in Marketing, Marcomm, Digital Communication or of similar field
  2. No work experience required
  3. 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
