Brixee is looking for a Growth Intern to help with growing the business through various growth hacking methods. You will work closely with the CEO in this role.
This exciting role exposes the candidate to the day to day running of an early stage high growth tech company. Candidates will get a good sense of entrepreneurship and how an early stage startup works. This role will be perfect for candidates who are exploring starting their own tech startup in future.
The Growth Intern responsibilities include identifying channels to grow our base of content creators, setting up these channels, and monitoring its effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you need to be creative, entrepreneurial, and have a critical thinking mind.
Ultimately, you’ll help to create and manage different channels to reach our content creators and help us grow our content creator users.
This position will be based in Singapore. Our office is at One-North JTC Launchpad.
What will you do
- Identify growth channels for the company
- Actively participate in the execution of each growth channel such as sales, social media, email marketing, partnerships, events, etc.
- Any ad-hoc tasks that will assist in the growth of the company
What You Will Need
- Strong passion for the content creator economy - you need to tell us why you want to make an impact in this industry
- Network of content creators and understanding how this industry works is a plus
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactiveness is critical
- Good time-management skills
