List of Tasks:
1. Reach out to existing leads (parents and students) to introduce and promote the company's educational offerings.
2. Follow up with parents and students after their lessons to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
3. Maintain a detailed database of leads, active clients, and past clients.
4. Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by parents and students.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
6. Attend training sessions to stay updated on the company's products and services.
7. Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
8. Attend weekly meetings with the owner to discuss sales targets, strategies, and progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting leads into active clients.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-lesson follow-ups.
3. Represent the company's values and mission in all interactions with clients.
4. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Report directly to the owner, providing regular updates on sales activities and targets.
6. Will need to work on weekends as that is our operating hours
