About The Internship Program:

Bright Culture is a Singapore tuition centre for for triple sciences (Chemistry, Biology and Physics) and Maths (A/E Maths) and Lower Sec Science. , built on a simple belief: students who struggle with a subject aren't lacking ability — they're missing the right method. Our CKTL approach (Command words, Keywords, Throw out what you've learnt, Link back to the question) turns confusion into clarity, and we work with students moving from F9s to B3s and beyond. We're strict about standards and genuinely warm with our students — and we want our visuals to feel exactly the same way. 

Why intern here You'll see your work directly move the needle — on how well a student understands a topic, on how a parent perceives us, on how a lesson lands. This isn't illustration in a vacuum; it's illustration with a measurable purpose.

Who we're looking for

• Genuinely excited about art and about education — you'll get the most out of this if you actually care whether a student improves
• Comfortable taking a dry academic concept and making it visually clear, not just pretty
• Reliable, coachable, and okay with a fast-moving small team where your work goes live fast
• Portfolio matters more than credentials — show us how you think, not just what software you know

The role We're looking for an illustrator intern who doesn't see "education" and "creative" as separate lanes. You'll turn dense science and maths concepts into visuals students actually want to look at — diagrams that make a mole calculation click, characters that make a lesson recap memorable, graphics that make a parent stop scrolling on Instagram and think "this place gets it."

What you'll work on

• Concept illustrations and diagrams for Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Maths topics
• Visual assets for lesson slides, worksheets and study guides
• Branded graphics for Instagram, TikTok and other content channels
• Occasional character/mascot work to make Bright Culture instantly recognisable
