Job Description


  • Finding leads through cold calling, search engines and other channel
  • Contacting existing customers to inform them about new product or services using scripts
  • Willing to provide “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Answering questions about products/services of the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements/needs and close sales
  • Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
  • Update client information in the database
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve existing and future telesales strategies 

Job Requirements:

  • Applicant must have good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
  • At least 2year experience in telesales
  • Friendly and Independent
  • Self-Motivated
  • Target Oriented
  • Hourly rate from $10 to $30 depending on experience
  • With commission when sales target is met
