Job Description

Job Title: Events Sales OPS Executive

Job Summary: Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Event Sales OPS Executive to oversee the planning and execution of our events and drive sales revenue through effective event marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and sales, with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and attendance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute successful events, including coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and attendees
  • Manage event budgets and financials, ensuring events are profitable and cost-effective
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our events remain competitive and innovative
  • Travel to events and trade shows to promote our events and build relationships with potential clients and partners

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in event management and sales, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, attendees, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving revenue goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed
