Description: the intern will be trained to perform the following operations:
- Cleaning/sanitation-in-place of brewing equipment
- Assistance with brewing operations, centrifuging, transferring, dry-hopping, etc.
- Assistance with beer packaging
- Assistance with preventative maintenance and repairs
- Brewery facilities daily maintenance
- Wort/beer chemical-technical and microbiological analyses
