About the Job

A service crew member is a great team player, possesses a great working attitude, is service oriented and ensures that all duties within the café are executed while delivering the best guest experience.

You will:

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our customers, your fellow teammates, and all of our vendors and suppliers
• Help guests to settle down and also take their orders
• Process customers’ orders and generate their bills
• Provide answers to queries presented regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
• Clean all tables after customer have left and get such tables prepared for the next seating
• Serve and pack warm foods to customers in an effective manner and in strict accordance to their orders
• Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever required
• Maintain charts of all available deals and products periodically and refresh such charts on a daily basis
• Uphold and follow all health, food safety, and safety guidelines
• Promote a safe and respectful working environment
