Job Scope:

• Edit videos for promos and social content.
• Ideas/Contents for the community engagement
• Respond to messages on BLO and WhatsApp as needed.
• Assist with sign-ups and account management.
• Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram.
• Support content management by organizing files and digital assets.
• Help with basic graphic design for social media and promos.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Comfortable balancing ongoing responsibilities with occasional one-off tasks
• Proficient with digital tools like basic editing software (Canva, CapCut) and content management platforms
• Organized, adaptable, and proactive in approach
• Able to work independently and reliably follow through on tasks

Work Arrangement:

• Flexible, mostly remote
• In-person meetings required 1–2 times a month
