Breathe is currently recruiting for a Operations Specialist to add to the team in Singapore.
What you’ll do -
Research - Execute recruitment strategies to source exceptional talent for our clients
- Database searches
- Social media platform searches
- Research and map key target organisations
- Drive referrals and recommendations to our business
- Telephone interview and qualify prospect candidates
Admin – Oversee and assist with candidate interviews and management
- Organise and schedule interviews, between candidates and clients
- Conduct post interview debriefs
- Conduct pre interview briefs
- Data input into our database
- Data cleansing for our existing database
Skills/traits - required for this role
- Autonomy - The ability to work with limited supervision
- Computer Literacy - MS Word, Excel, Internet
- Strong English - (verbal and written) and comfortable on the phone
- Experience/interest working remotely
