Job Description

About the role

  • Manage coaches - onboard new sign-ups, process honorariums, do check-ins.
  • Manage parents - onboard new sign-ups.
  • Manage students’ coaching sessions - monitor updates, send reminders.
  • Manage volunteers & interns - publicise opportunities, onboard new sign-ups.
  • Manage operations - update spreadsheets, monitor GeBiz, liaise with organisations.

Who we’re looking for

  • Singaporeans & PR only.
  • Organised and meticulous.
  • Can communicate clearly over WhatsApp messages, phone calls, online meetings.
  • Can work with / learn Google workspace tools - Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat.
  • Education - At least diploma (any field).
  • Resourceful - try to figure things out, and ask if stuck.
  • A growth mindset.
