About the role
- Manage coaches - onboard new sign-ups, process honorariums, do check-ins.
- Manage parents - onboard new sign-ups.
- Manage students’ coaching sessions - monitor updates, send reminders.
- Manage volunteers & interns - publicise opportunities, onboard new sign-ups.
- Manage operations - update spreadsheets, monitor GeBiz, liaise with organisations.
Who we’re looking for
- Singaporeans & PR only.
- Organised and meticulous.
- Can communicate clearly over WhatsApp messages, phone calls, online meetings.
- Can work with / learn Google workspace tools - Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat.
- Education - At least diploma (any field).
- Resourceful - try to figure things out, and ask if stuck.
- A growth mindset.
