Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to assist in the planning and execution of the marketing efforts.
Social Media
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitor competitor activity within social media spaces
- Maintaining website and looking at data analytics
- Updating customer databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Plan and monitor company presence on social media
Content
- Develop and produce engaging, creative, innovative content including videos, mailing list content, EDM, and blog posts for regular scheduled posts based on the company’s marketing calendar.
Events
- Keep abreast of events and trends in the industry
- Develop new marketing initiatives and events to keep the brand relevant
- Manage event set up and execution
Miscellaneous
- Logistical shipping support
- Assist and support production as required
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management
Additional Information
- Salary ranges from $800 - $1,000 per month
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (11am to 8pm)
- May require to work on weekends during events
- Location: Alexandra/Pasir Panjang
Job Requirements
- Team player who is detailed and thrives in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to use data to gain insights and drive decisions
- Basic design editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) and video editing skills on video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of database and SQL is a plus
