Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy and no-task-too-small intern with a passion for food and health/wellness to support the finance team. The team focuses on managing the financial backbone of the company and making sure that the financial records are kept up to date. Through this internship, you will gain an incredible amount of experience and opportunity to perform various aspects across the finance department.
What does the job entail?
- Assist in day to day accounting duties
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing
- Support the team in monthly management accounts, schedules
- Assist in process improvement, formulate and implement accounting and financial procedures

- Must be enthusiastic! We are a small team and need someone with a positive attitude that loves to juggle multiple projects at once
- Organized and detail oriented
- Should be a self-starter that knows how to prioritize and doesn’t require a lot of structure or guidance

What are the requirements?
- Meticulous and excellent attention to details
- Good communication and writing skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. PivotTable, VLOOKUP)
- Passionate about numbers
- Able to work within tight timeline
- Fast learner and able to learn independently
- Singaporeans / Permanent Residents only
