Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the Business Administration/Marketing (Primary roles) as follow:

  • Assist in development and implementation of Business/Marketing plan for Bosch Rexroth Regional Training Center (BRRTC).
  • Administration for Training & PoC activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including interior designers/ advertising & Sales Promotion / digital / media marketing agencies for both planning and execution marketing event/campaigns/plan for BRRTC
  • Assist in developing & designing business/marketing materials: brochures, flyers, presentations.
  • Assist in Exhibitions / Event Management
  • Any other Business Administrative tasks assigned

DETAILS (for records)

BRRTC Tasks (equivalent to a start up company) (40%):

  1. Familiar with all legal/partner agreements with partners, funding structure of SSG (eg. SSG’s LOA, partner agreement with JTC, SP & SGC, formulate by legal department)
  2. Strategy implementation and understanding BRRTC Business Canvas Model (Business plan). Formulate, update and ensure Costing Sheet are aligned with Business Plan.
  3. Administration for Training & PoC activities. Coordinate with Training Partners on the submission of all documents to SSG i.e. Annexes required for Training
  4. Support Head/BRRTC in preparations for meetings & minutes taking (ie. BRRTC external meeting, BRRTC team meeting & DCSG HSE meeting)


  1. Management of BRRTC folders , ensure updated/organized.
    1. Update BRRTC Presentation slides / aligned with all the different slides prepared.
    2. Update of KPIs
    3. Create new slides and improve on existing slides
  2. Management of Inventory list
    1. Quarterly stock take/check to ensure the physical stocks and the list tally to ensure compliance i.e. non-missing parts (Inventories are under SSG’s asset).
    2. The prices are updated and tally with invoices of equipment/renovation cost (subsequently submission to SSG for claims by finance department).
  3. Management of PoC list
    1. Update of records and ensure Annex D. is available in folder. (Subsequently for SSG claim submission)
    2. Claims submission records
  4. Management of Training List
    1. Records of Training details
    2. Update of revenue
    3. Claim submission records
    4. Support the set up of training infrastructure at training runs.
  5. Action plan
    1. Coordinate with Head/BRRTC on action plan ie. creating and updating action plan pertaining to BRRTC Time line, weekly follow up
  6. Inspiring working condition à further improvement where necessary.

Marketing Tasks (60%):

  1. Marketing Plan of BRRTC
    1. Support MKT Road Map and the development of MKT plan for BRRTC
  2. Support any marketing tasks assigned by Management Team and Regional Marketing Team
    1. Product Webinar
    2. Marketing content plan
    3. Exhibitions/ event
    4. Social Media
    5. MOVECAM video
  3. Events at BRRTC
    1. Coordination and Organization events at location
Job Description

Qualifications

  • Marketing/Business Administration Diploma/Degree in a related field.
  • Able to work full time/part-time for a period of 6 months (Start-End Dates)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office i.e. PowerPoint, Words & Excel.
  • Familiar with Virtual meeting platform i.e. MS Teams , Skype
