Our multi-channel and round-the clock digital world has shifted power from businesses to customers. It is easy to lose our identity in a world that constantly demands adaptability, connectivity, relevance and customer-centricity. From social media and programmatic ads to interactive surfaces, can brand experiences stay authentic while being adaptive to changing needs, trends and fads? Do brands have to be everything to everyone on every channel?

We speak up for brands and help them be strategic in crafting experiences that shape the world of their customers. We do this by helping brands bridge authenticity and relevance, connecting brand identity with the ever evolving consumer behavior.

- Create and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, media plans, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials.
- Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports.
- Guide the day-to-day development of client projects from start to finish; secure required client approval (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.); ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.
- Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and/or media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions for clients.
- Review all strategic documents and creative work prior to submitting to the client for review.
- Capture and interpret program results, summarize findings, and work with senior team members to recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward.
