Job Description

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing & Operations Associate to join ourgrowing team. Reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director, you will work closely alongside her as a right-hand person, supporting both the strategic and day-to-day sides of the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and turning ideas into action. You will gain exposure across marketing, e-commerce, operations, customer experience, product launches, partnerships, and business strategy. No two days will be exactly the same. You may be planning a marketing campaign one day, coordinating a bridal appointment or photoshoot the next, and improving an internal operations process after that.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and own B2C marketing campaigns for modern, practical brides
  • Manage and grow our key marketing channels, including organic social media, email
  • marketing, influencer partnerships, content marketing, PR, and brand collaborations.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, bridal collections, seasonal
  • campaigns, and promotions.
  • Coordinate content creation for social media, including Reels, TikToks, photoshoots,
  • campaign assets, blog content, and email newsletters.
  • Identify and coordinate influencer, creator, vendor, and brand partnership opportunities.
  • Track and report on marketing performance, including social media, email, website
  • traffic, customer acquisition, and conversions.
  • Use data and customer insights to recommend improvements to our marketing strategy.
  • Research bridal industry trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and new opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of offline events, including bridal showcases, pop-ups, styled shoots, trade shows, and partnership events.

Operations

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the business, including order processing,
  • packing, fulfilment coordination, inventory management, and quality checks.
  • Assist with bridal appointments, try-ons, fittings, and customer consultations whern required.
  • Help ensure gowns fit and function properly during appointments and identify any
  • necessary adjustments. Bringing gowns to our seamstress partner when necessary.
  • Support customer service and ensure enquiries are handled clearly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal workflows, improve processes, and automate repetitive tasks. 
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, standard operating procedures, checklists, and process guides.
  • Assist with administrative duties and ad hoc projects that support the growth of the business
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Founder & Creative Director.

iii. Working Arrangement

  • This is an on-site, part-time role based at our office in Singapore.
  • You will be required to work from the office a minimum of three days per week to start.
  • As this role works directly alongside the Founder & Creative Director, regular in-person collaboration is an important part of the position.
  • Some flexibility may be required during busy periods, photoshoots, bridal appointments, events, or product launches.

This role begins with the intention of growing into a larger role as the business continues to scale. We're looking for someone excited to grow alongside the company and take on increasing ownership over time as the Founder's right-hand person.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Media, Fashion Design, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, operations, e-commerce, fashion, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating closely within a small team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions.
  • Comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Asana, Google
  • Workspace, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience creating social media content, including Reels or TikToks, is an advantage.
  • An interest in fashion, bridal, branding, e-commerce, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fashion design principles, garment construction, sewing, fashion illustration, or bridal fittings is a plus.
