Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and user surveys to identify user needs and market trends
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, development, marketing) to define and develop new features
- Create product road-maps and strategic plans to ensure timely delivery of new features
- Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) that clearly describe feature specifications and user experience
- Perform competitive analysis to ensure our product remains competitive in the market
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Manage the release plans and promotional strategies for new features
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Deep understanding of user experience and user interface design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative mindset and self-motivation, able to work in a fast-paced environment
