Job Description
- Manage and lead the Customer Happiness team in providing friendly and personal support to the BonAppetour community
- Be data driven in understanding the main challenges users face and provide effective solutions
- Proactively communicate main user challenges on the site to the Product team and devise creative solutions for it
- Actively address customer support tickets and queries
- Constantly evaluate the operating procedures and workflows, and provide recommendations to streamline them to be effcient, relevant and valuable both internally and externally
- Engage with the community on a personal level and create an amazing user experience for them
- Be the first point of contact, and face of the brand to handle and resolve user issues
