We are seeking enthusiastic persons to join our passionate team of Sales & Marketing Admin Executive who are keen to revolutionize our clients businesses by increasing their business productivity tremendously through our state-of-the-art systems.
Roles
1. Responsible for services/solutions sales
2. Responsible for handling customers calls, email enquiries and following up
3. Responsible for handling basic customer service related tasks.
4. Perform cold-calling for leads generation, and prospecting leading to closure of sales
5. Perform sales presentations, quotations and tendering activities.
6. Account management of existing customers on up-selling opportunities and renewal contracts
7. Maintain, Build and Develop strong relationship with the customers.
8. Manage and form long-term client relationships with key accounts and strategic accounts
9. Perform marketing activities such as promotions, launches and other ad-hoc events through conventional and social media platforms
10. Manage our e-Commerce platforms
11. Handling and processing orders on our e-Commerce platforms
12. Submit regular reports covering Sales funnel and Accounts planning.
13. Handling of administrative tasks required by the company
14. Any other ah-hoc tasks required by the company
