Currently, the regional office is looking for an intern to support the regional sale office for the region Asia Pacific.
Job Description
1. To support the organizing of the aftersales events such as BA-23 B2B Aftersales Conference 2018 and BMW Group Asia Insurance & Surveyor Conference 2018.
2. To support the planning & execution of the aftersales activities during the BMW World 2018.
3. To assist to consolidate the best practice from the markets.
4. To assist to prepare the quarterly newsletter to the markets.
5. To assist to update the post campaign report of aftersales marketing activities.
6. To support the planning & implementation of aftersales marketing activities in the region.
7. To support the roll-out of new website content to the BMW Asia & regional website.
8. To assist the maintenance of the online accessories finder & configurator for BMW Asia & regional website.
9. To assist in the preparation of forecast template, follow up & consolidation of forecast from the markets.
10. To consolidate and prepare the monthly report for dealers and management.
11. To coordinate and assist in the tender process with the purchasing department, finance and shortlisted vendors for the RPM 360°, HPMA & local consultancy projects.
12. To assist in the status reporting and support the project rollout once the vendor has been appointed.
13. To be the key coordinator between Performance Motors Limited Parts team and IT with the implementation of PAL categories in the GDMS system as per BMW guidelines.
14. To assist in the preparation of the monthly service inclusive take rate report and extension campaign report.
15. To monitor the target achievement of the service inclusive take rate.
16. To assist the area managers in the updating of key performance indicators (KPI) for each market.
17. To assist the area managers in updating the data in COBIS.
18. To prepare the presentation for the HPMA reporting.
Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills:
- Candidates pursuing a degree in Business Administration

- Able to commit for 6 months
