Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, the HR intern will be responsible for assisting with the HR administrative and operational tasks for the region including contributing to special projects as assigned. This opportunity will allow candidates to gain valuable experience and skills in HR, and more importantly, an opportunity to gain insight to working in a global Engineering consultancy.
Expected Tasks & Projects
- Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
- Support in the documentation and development of processes and policies for harmonization across the offices in the region
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing and screening candidates, arranging for interviews
- Contribute to the development/maintenance of HR information systems
- Other reasonably required duties as assigned
