Job Description
				About the role
As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Customer Success team. You’ll assist in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our platform, helping them achieve their goals and maximising the value they get from our services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer success and SaaS operations.
What you’ll do
- Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
 - Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
 - Monitor customer health metrics and identify potential areas for improvement.
 - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
 - Help create and update customer training materials and documentation.
 - Gather and analyse customer feedback to provide insights for product improvements.
 - Assist in tracking and reporting on customer success metrics and KPIs.
 - Participate in customer success meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
 
Who you are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
 - Familiarity with SaaS products or CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
 - Ability to analyse customer issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations.
 - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
