Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer’ enquiries, complaints, litigations and feedback

· Customer data compilation

· Generate invoices for penalties or accidents recovery

· Manage the subscription cancellation or non-renewal of membership

· Management of simple loyalty system and contacting customers

· Creating and sending new membership cards & welcome letters to customers

· Post sales administration

· Point of contact for all carpark related matters

· Generate weekly & monthly reports on transactions billing, bad debts, subscriptions, gestures, carpark reimbursement

· Follow-up on bad debts recovery which include processing of payment reminder, letter of demand, monitoring of payments

· Ad hoc rental administration and coordinating work.

· Other administrative duties as required.

 

Key Requirements: 

· Min “O” level or equivalent

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

· Meticulous and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· Ability to work independently
