Job Description
- Customer journey and ticket management. Be responsible for various channels like calls, livechat, social media and email
- Responsible for leads generation, qualification and follow-ups
- To design and build the partner's ecosystem. Responsible for planning and acquiring partner leads in real estate.
- Providing operational support to front-end sales teams such as appointment management, market analytics and property listing management
- Responsible for the maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up to customers
- Manage customers’ queries, complaints and feedback
- Perform additional or weekend duties during operational exigencies when required
- Assist with strategic initiatives/projects
Requirements
- Diploma/degree holder qualifications with relevant or Real Estate experience will be preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably, 1-3 years experience in a Sales Operations or Customer Service role
- You understand and execute multiple and complex goals in a fast-paced environment and you are comfortable with multi-tasking
- Strong analytical skills, being hands-on, data-driven and having agile mentality
- You are technically competent and familiar with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and technologies related to its processes
- Comfortable talking to customers from all walks of life
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- **Essential** Able to work on weekends and shift-work
