KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience Activations (40%)
- Vendor sourcing (Venue, event experience)
- Support on hallmark/ gifting production/ sourcing
- Support on client event organization
- Administrative support
PR & Communication Activities (40%)
- Social media liaison with partners and landlords
- Reporting (MarCommm monthly report, PR Clipping report, Competitors monitoring, etc.)
- Photo-shoot management and on-site support
- Support on PR event organisation
CRM (20%)
- HWM client waiting list management
- CRM Calendar, eCard creation
