The Customer Care Executive will be part of a team that handles all customer care queries. The candidate must be able to respond to customers with proper knowledge and understanding of the work process, and, simultaneously coordinate with the internal team. The ideal candidate must be able to build trust and sustainable relationships with the customer, to achieve excellance in service.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a communications/customer care related role
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and adaptable
• Ability to multi-task 
• Excellent time management skills

Other Informations

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Respond to customer queries via phone or email
• Ensure timely and effective communication to handle and resolve customer issues
• Work with other internal teams to co-ordinate efficient execution of customer requests and business tasks
• Usage of different tools and softwares to keep records up to date
• Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday : 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm
