Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling and Coordination

* Develop, manage, and maintain all student class timetables, carefully balancing student needs and teacher availability.

* Act as the central point of contact for all scheduling conflicts, re-scheduling, and logistical adjustments.

2. Front Desk and Sales Support

* Manage front-desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for student, parent, and public inquiries (consultations).

* Meticulously record and maintain a database of all prospective leads (walk-in, phone, email).

* Keep the sales team regularly updated on new leads and consultation outcomes to ensure timely follow-up.

3. Student and Academic Administration

* Oversee the complete documentation and confidential management of all student records, including personal information.

* Systematically file and organize all academic materials, such as mock test papers and official school reports.

4. Policy and Leave Management

* Process and manage all student and teacher leave requests (e.g., medical leave, urgent leave) in strict accordance with school policy.

* Communicate leave-related information to relevant parties and ensure timetable adjustments are made.

5. Resource and Venue Management

* Manage the inventory and procurement of essential learning materials, including textbooks and stationery.

* Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all centre equipment, such as printers and copiers.

* Ensure all teaching venues and classrooms are properly managed, resourced, and prepared for lessons.

Qualifications and Skills (Recommended)

* Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role, preferably within the education sector.

* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for front-desk duties and team collaboration.

* Proficient in a fast-paced environment and capable of independent problem-solving.

* Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling software is a plus.
