Brand Biz Dev Intern (3 months project)
We’re looking for a Brand Biz Dev intern (3-months) on a project to better understand the global brand’s essence and adapt marketing and business development strategies to suit the local mainstream market.
Responsibilities/Scope
Research and understand the global brand story, value proposition and products
Propose marketing and business development strategies to retain the brand’s authenticity while adapting for the Singapore market
Propose content ideas and target audience to normalize sexual wellness
Build brand assets library including video, lifestyle images and product knowledge
Create catalogue for signature products
Social media content planning and coordination
We’re looking for:
Interest in promoting sexual wellness and breaking taboos surrounding the adult toy industry.
Interest in online retail and marketing
Independent with strong research skills
Open-minded and culturally sensitive to audience and sexual wellness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in creating visual content (e.g. Familiarity with Photoshop, Canvas, video editing apps)
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player, open to feedback, and enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the team's success.
